Mr. Woods is a highly qualified
and motivated finance leader with the ability to develop and
implement new solutions to optimize business processes and maximize
operating capabilities. Mr. Woods has worked with several entrepreneurial
and emerging companies in the energy fields, investment and
hedge fund administration, mortgage lending and medical imaging
fields.
Mr. Woods has "Big 4" audit experience, senior board
level, public company CFO, Controller, treasury management,
international forensic accounting, M&A and SEC reporting
experience.
Mr. Woods' business career began as a CPA with Coopers &
Lybrand, but the bulk of his experience was gained with Ernst
& Young. Michael has also been a director of internal audit
with CBIZ and spent time with their mergers & acquisitions
group. Mr. Woods has his BS/BA from The Ohio State University.
